Orders & Shipping
Once shipped, you’ll get a confirmation email with a “Track My Order” button. Tracking may take up to 24h to activate.
Standard Tracked Shipping: 4–7 business days after dispatch. Orders placed before 06:00 CET ship same or next business day.
Spend €99 + (after discounts) and shipping is free. Gift cards and digital items don’t count.
We currently ship to all EU countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.
Yes, if your order is still Processing (Unpicked). Email us at support@maru.bo with subject: “Cancel/Change + Order #”. Once packing starts, changes aren’t possible.
Returns & Refunds
You have 30 days from delivery. Item must be new, unworn, unwashed, with tags.
Email support@maru.bo with your order number, items, and reason.
Return shipping costs are yours. Use a trackable service.
Yes. Email us with your order number and desired size/colour.
We’ll reserve the item for 5 days. If unavailable, we’ll arrange a refund or alternative.
Card/Apple Pay/Google Pay: 3–10 business days.
Store credit/voucher: immediate. We’ll send you a Refund Confirmation email once processed.
Email support@maru.bo with photos of:
- The full item,
- The defect,
- Packaging (if damaged),
- Barcode/SKU tag.
Tell us if you’d prefer a replacement or refund.

- As a guest: use the link in your order confirmation email.
