No claims in case of loss, damage, or misuse. The purchaser and/or user are not entitled to any claims against the issuer in case of loss, theft, destruction, or misuse of the gift card after issuance.
Technical issues. The issuer is not responsible if the gift card cannot be used due to a technical fault. The issuer will strive to restore usability as soon as possible. The issuer also reserves the right to carry out technical maintenance, which may temporarily prevent use of the gift card, and will attempt to minimize inconvenience.
